We like that the living room was the big size ang complate the kitchen set...apartment included the serviced apartment...

I hope that the apartment could be give the rewards to the guest who was order many bookings or groups and make a member card directly...

Location was very convenient to shops/services. Also, location was in a side street, very quiet, totally undisturbed sleep. Comfortable beds. Fantastic to have separate bathrooms in the 2 bedroom apartment.

Everything was great, incredible location near to shops and restaurants in Kew and Woolworths next door, a supermarket and High St shops, and Close to public transport, excellent staff.

The hotel was an incredible base for enjoying a nice enough area, adjacent to restaurants and tram, cafes and public transport, and shopping strip, cafes and restaurants, and public transport services, secure parking and genuine friendly staff. Greatly enjoyed the well-appointed and well-equipped room on level 2.

This hotel offers a fantastic room with an incredibly comfortable bed, and having a bath in the private bathroom was a nice bonus.

It was next to a good supermarket which closes at midnight. Very easy to get provisions to bring back to the room.Good secure parking available, and very centrally located to move around in a rented car with GPS. I totally recommend it.

Spacious rooms and very quiet with no discernible noise from adjacent apartments or traffic noise. Excellent location which is close to the City and our Daughter's home. Apartment was very clean and staff did a very good job in servicing the room each day.

The facility is showing its age in terms of decor and furnishings and I note that it is soon to be refurbished. Until that occurs, I don't rate the facility as being other than fair value for money

The staff here were incredibly friendly and top-notch, and the location is excellent, with a nearby spot for coffee and treats that's definitely worth checking out.

It was close to our event, close to shopping and restaurant.

No lifts, up 3 flights of stairs.

The facility was accessible and well positioned. The facilities were appropriate to the price (see comment below).

Getting baggage up to the top floor from the garage was a little hectic but manageable for relatively fit people. However, an elderly or not very fit person might struggle. Hence a lift is required or that information is gained as the booking is made.

The location is really convenient, with trams taking you straight to the cricket ground. Plus, it’s just a short walk to the Entrance Heritage Walk. 🚍.

Excellent staff, quiet location, close to shops

I was very impressed by the facilities and the value for money, it made having a night in Melbourne with my family a worthwhile experience without breakign the bank.
